The ZeroPoint Life will always go the extra mile for customers before, during and after their purchase. It is important that you read these Terms before doing business with our company.

Read the ENTIRETY of these Terms of Use prior to using any product or participating in any program by ZeroPoint Life, LLC or Dr. Stephanie Young DC.

The following describes the terms on which ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers you access to our website. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement, do not use or access our website, goods and/or services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement ("Agreement"), which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may purchase through or use ZeroPoint Life, LLC website.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. This agreement is entered into by the customer (hereinafter "Customer" or "You") and ZeroPoint Life, a Missouri LLC (hereinafter referred to as "ZeroPoint Life, LLC," "We," or "Us").

We may amend this Agreement at any time, without prior notice, by posting the amended terms on our site. It is your responsibility to review these terms for any changes.

This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and ZeroPoint Life, LLC. This Agreement is effective as of January 6th, 2017.

PART 1: HEALTH DISCLAIMER
It is your right to educate yourself in health and medical knowledge, to seek helpful information and make use of it for your own benefit, and for that of your family. You are the one responsible for your health. In order to make decisions in all health matters, you must educate yourself.

  • Have an allergy to any ingredient listed on our products Please refer to the webpages, supplement bottles and cleanse instructions for warnings about other individual products.

NOTE: There are certain serious conditions that require consistent blood levels of medications. Any change in diet can cause a change in your blood absorption, and an increase or decrease of the concentration of medicine in your blood as a result. Consult your physician before beginning any of our programs or detoxes if you have a medical condition or are taking ANY medications.

PART 2: CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

ZeroPoint Life, LLC programs are developed strictly for educational purposes ONLY. Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for the progress and results from the programs. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing.

Customer understands that because of the nature of the programs and extent, the results experienced by each customer may significantly vary. Customer acknowledges that as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of participation in the programs.

Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

PART 3: USE ELIGIBILITY

Our goods and/or services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our goods and/or services are not available to minors.

If you are a minor, you may use this website only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our website, goods or services. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

PART 4: PAYMENT

Customer agrees to compensate ZeroPoint Life, LLC for any goods or services ordered through this website or affiliated webpages at the original purchase price.

PART 5: LIABILITY LIMIT

In no event shall we, our subsidiaries, employees, contractors, suppliers, or manufacturers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, consequential or multiplied damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our products or services, or this agreement (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use or other economic damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any failure to realize any specific benefit or health-related outcome.

This limitation of ZeroPoint Life, LLCʼs liability will apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or by statute. Our liability, and the liability of our subsidiaries, employees, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers, to you or any third parties, in any circumstance, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of the purchase or (b) one hundred ($100) dollars.

Customer acknowledges that this limitation of liability is part of the consideration of this agreement, and was specifically included by ZeroPoint Life, LLC in the calculation and establishment of the prices paid by customers, which, but for this limitation, would have been much higher.

No action, regardless of form, arising out of your use of this website, any information contained therein, and/or any ZeroPoint Life, LLC products may be brought by you or ZeroPoint, LLC more than one (1) year following the event which gave rise to the cause of action.

PART 6: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. 

CUSTOMER SHALL ALSO INDEMNIFY AND PAY TO ZeroPoint Life, LLC AS WELL AS HOLD ZeroPoint Life, LLC HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES WHATSOEVER WHICH ZeroPoint Life, LLC MAY AT ANY TIME SUSTAIN, INCUR, OR BE PUT TO BY REASON OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, ITS PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICABLE WEBSITES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE ARISING FROM ZeroPoint Life, LLCʼS SOLE OR COMPARATIVE NEGLIGENCE.
PART 7: LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our website, goods and/or services.
PART 8: NOTICES

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by certified postal mail, return receipt requested, to ZeroPoint Life, LLC c/o B. Behrens 75 W. Lockwood Ave., Ste. 222 Webster Groves, MO 63119 USA (in the case of ZeroPoint Life, LLC) or to the address you provide to ZeroPoint Life, LLC during the purchase process (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given three (3) days after the date of mailing.
PART 9: ARBITRATION

Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our goods and/or services, excluding legal action taken by ZeroPoint Life, LLC to collect our fees and/or recover damages for, or to obtain an injunction relating to, ZeroPoint Life, LLC website operations and intellectual property, shall be settled by binding single-arbitrator arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. 

Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Denver, Colorado and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. 

ZeroPoint Life, LLC may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado necessary to protect the rights or property of ZeroPoint Life, LLC pending the completion of arbitration. Should either party file an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to one thousand ($1000.00) dollars. 

Parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, the United Nations Convention for the Enforcement of Commercial Arbitration Awards, and all other applicable laws and conventions apply to this agreement.
PART 10: MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. This written agreement supersedes any and all oral negotiations and/or representations of the parties hereto made in relation to this transaction. This agreement neither confers nor creates any rights or responsibilities not specifically enumerated herein.

This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with the exception of its conflict of laws provisions.

Any waiver or forbearance by ZeroPoint Life, LLC of any breach (by Customer) of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by Customer.

This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability will not affect any other provision hereof. Such provision and the remainder of this Agreement shall, in such circumstances, be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render the remaining provisions enforceable.

PART 12: PRIVACY & SECURITY

ZeroPoint Life, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Our Web sites are designed with numerous precautions to protect usersʼ information. Customer information is appropriately protected in-house as well as online. 

Sensitive information (such as a credit card account number) is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption. While on a secure page, such as an order form, the lock icon at the bottom of a webpage becomes locked, rather than open (or unlocked) as when the user is simply "surfing" the Web. In addition, access to users' information is restricted within our offices. 

Only employees or independent contractors who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
PART 13: DELIVERY POLICY

Digital products will be accessible immediately after purchase delivered by email  OR they will be released on a private website with unique login details emailed to you. If a technical issue does not immediately deliver your digital products or your sign-in instructions, you will gain access to the digital course as soon as a member of our support team can get your information out to you.

This will happen within a reasonable window of 24-48 business hours.
PART 14: EXTERNAL SITES

The Websites may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content on such External Sites.

The content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or any content located on such External Sites. 

We are not responsible for the content of any linked External Sites and do not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such External Sites. You should take precautions when downloading files from all websites to protect your computer from viruses and other destructive programs. If you decide to access linked External Sites, you do so at your own risk.

PART 15: RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds for 30 Days to ZeroPoint Cleanse: 
ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers a full refund for the cleanse program "30 Days to ZeroPoint" if an electronic or written request is made within 60 days of the purchase. No refunds will be issued after 60 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a refund you must show a good faith effort that you tried and attempted the cleanse program, yet did not find it to be effective for you. To receive a refund, all products have to be returned. Customer pays for return shipping in such case.  

Refunds for 12 Days to ZeroPoint Cleanse: 
ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers a full refund for the cleanse program "12 Days to ZeroPoint" if an electronic or written request is made within 30 days of the purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a refund you must show a good faith effort that you tried and attempted the cleanse program, yet did not find it to be effective for you. To receive a refund, all products have to be returned. Customer pays for return shipping in such case.  

Refunds for Supplement & Health Kit Subscriptions:
ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers a full refund for supplements & health kits if an electronic or written request is made within 7 days of the purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for the first payment may be provided if requested within the standard 7 day return period. After 7 days all sales are final. All products have to be unopened and in original packaging. Customer pays for return shipping in such case. 

If you opted for a subscription plan and would like to cancel on a given month, you must cancel one day before your recurring billing cycle date. 

Refunds for All Other Digital Products: 
ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers NO refunds for other digital products immediately downloadable after purchase.

Refunds for Master of Manifesting Course:
ZeroPoint Life, LLC offers a full refund for the program "Master of Manifesting" if an electronic or written request is made within 30 days of the purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the purchase.

For recurring billing as with payment plans, returns for one payment may be provided if requested within the 30 day return period. After 30 days all sales are final. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

How to request a refund for your product(s)

Please email us at support@TheZeroPointLife.com with your request for a return.
Include:
a) Your order number
b) The product you plan on returning that was purchased within the return period.
c) A small note about why you are returning your product (we really do care and would love to hear your feedback)

Once our team reviews your note you will receive an email informing you that your request has been authorized or rejected. If authorized, you will receive an email once the refund is officially processed.
